Good Faith Estimate
A GFE Notice is a required document, not a contract, that gives un-insured and self-pay clients an upfront projection of the estimated costs they might incur throughout therapy. I will provide a GFE within 3 business days of scheduling. Insurance is not accepted at the moment.

From a young age, I’ve felt a deep calling to support those who are hurting. This passion is the foundation of my practice, which is open and affirming to everyone.
I am here to be your dedicated partner on the journey toward greater mental clarity, healing, and personal growth. We will work together, using proven, evidence-based approaches—such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy—to create practical strategies that help you achieve your unique counseling goals.

- Licensed Professional Counselor Associate supervised by Kendra McLaughlin, PhD, LPC-S.
- Mental Health Certification from Lamar University
- Master of Education/Counseling from West Texas A&M University
- Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from West Texas A&M University
Experience
- School counselor 2009-present
- Practicum completed summer 2025 at the Youth Center of the High Plains, working with probation, pre-adjudicated, and post-adjudicated youth.
- Hospice volunteer for 10 years
- Practicum completed at West Texas A&M University Counseling Center, working with enrolled students.
